Paul was amazing, friendly, helpful and sooo fast and thorough with his work. We had an incident where we ran into a low hanging branch and damaged our rough and air conditioner. He helped us locate the air conditioner at a lower cost and tried to help us save money where we could. He made time for us right away, and was always available to answer phones calls and help with any questions. Highly recommend his services if you need some repairs done to your trailer/RV. Wow, wow, wow and wow. I've had a really challenging year on the mend. Our beloved C Class requires cab over repair because of a leak that occurred during the last winter - well, that put me in a depression of sorts. Getting better now and so, I started searching for RV Repair and reviewing before and after pics and reading Google reviews. And then I came across Ontario Mobile Repairs & Services, Hmmm interesting - a service that comes to your location. I went thru the website, pics and the 9 5star reviews, each glowing and each responded to by Paul - I decided to call and left a voicemail message. Very soon after, I received a callback from Paul himself. He took the time from a repair he was doing, and answered all my "newbie" questions, and without a hesitation not only answered my questions BUT, also encourage me to DIY the repair myself as he was completely booked solid for the rest of his work season. And Paul did so by patiently walking me through the steps in a certain order that would best assess the damage, and then methodically the next steps required and also the materials required! Incredible graciousness, I am completely touched by his generosity, knowledge and know how - sharing with a complete stranger, to have my best interest top of mind. I'm going to follow his instructions and hopefully get a neighbor or two to help. I hope this personal experience I had with Paul will compel those that love their RV's in need of some TLC and proper repair(s) so that you can venture out to those beautiful spots and not needing to worry about your beloved RV - Paul and his excellent company is THE choice, after this amazing interaction, I'm willing to bet I'm 100% correct. Paul is so knowledgeable when it comes to park models. We had trouble with our air conditioning. Paul came and found the problem with the ducts and sealed where the leaks were. A manager at a trailer sales outlet was kind enough to Share Paul's number with me.He was a light in my darkness, found all the issues others missed within the hour. Posts on the roof top had lifted a factory issue. We done a complete roof and tip out sealed all seams and windows,next new floor down the centre front to back.The only way water could enter now is throwing it in the window.People have tried the rest , Now try the best. Paul saved the day for us when our Roadtrek RV broke down in cottage country near Minden last Sunday. I went to start the van around 11:00am when we were leaving our friends cottage, and the gear selector cable snapped and I couldn’t get it out of Park. Paul came out all the way from Oshawa and replaced the clip that connects the cable. The weather turned ugly but Paul was under the van working away at it and fixed it and we were on the road.
